RECO Institute’s newest residence, The Parker, is situated in a quiet residential community, within close distance of the beach. The single-family home has a cozy, cottage style that has been recently renovated to include amenities and attributes that are most conducive to early recovery.

Named for Clint Parker, this charming and restful space provides refuge for women in early sobriety. The residence honors the beautiful memory of Clint and his enduring passion to help others in need.

The Parker’s vibrant color scheme evokes feelings of encouragement and positivity, while the modern and elegant furnishings create a serene and comfortable environment. The artwork and decorations throughout the home have been thoughtfully selected to cultivate reminders of gratitude, hopefulness, and love.

The outdoor space is inviting, with a front porch featuring patio seating and an outdoor grill. Inside, the bedroom and bathroom spaces are fully furnished with all needed amenities. The kitchen contains modern appliances and all needed utensils for cooking.

Each detail of The Parker residence has been executed with care and attention to the needs of those in early sobriety. The Parker, along with all of RECO’s residences, has been certified by FARR and NARR, as well as the Florida Department of Children and Families.
